First Ever Blog
Well never thought I would be writing a blog. But always willing to try something new so here goes. Just a bit about me - I have just enrolled in Graduate Certificate of Business (Executive Administration) and this is my first subject. Haven't studied in more than 5 years and am still not sure if I am ready to start again. Having started late to this subject and had to wait for my registration to come through I am now 2 weeks behind but working hard to catch up. Have learned so much in such a short time - all about Google+, Twitter, Bookmarking and so much more on Social Media. Will be working hard over the weekend to catch up on everyone's tweets and blogs. I know for a lot of others this is a new area to explore as well so please keep passing on any hints or tips that you find. Tina

Congratulations on your first blog! I guess most of us are on the same boat - Blog Virgins. I haven't posted my first blog yet, hopefully it will be ready soon. Good luck on your studies and looking forward to read your future blogs.

ReplyDeleteFor me this work is very timely as I've been having to argue about integrated comms and online hubs at work - but to be honest my greatest activity has been with Facebook and Twitter. I'm finding the Delicous account light on info and much prefer the reading list i've created on my Mac. Social media has changed the way we do our jobs - and I know I have to get on top of it all to remain competitive. i just wish it was all much clearer!!

ReplyDeleteI seem to have everything up and running with everyone (I think) added to all forms of Communication that we are to use; but still do not understand how everything connects, I guess with use will come added knowledge, here's hoping :)
